Facility Specifications

Gardens
The Rankin Gardens is a 4,916 sq. ft. outdoor facility.

Atrium
The Rankin Atrium is a 3,335 sq. ft. covered open-air facility.

Tea Room

Equipment Needs

Set up equipment

Equipment available at The Rankin includes:

  • 60” Round Tables

  • 6’ Rectangle Tables

  • White folding plastic event chairs

Client’s can rent other types of tables, not available at Rankin, through outside vendors. Only Rankin chairs are permitted. Facility staff is responsible for setup and takedown of all Rankin tables and chairs.

 

Catering

Preferred Caterers List

The Rankin offers a variety of caterers to choose from off of our preferred caterer’s list, so you can choose the right food for your event.

All catering must be coordinated with a business from the Rankin’s Preferred Caterers List. Approved caterers have met all qualifications and presented all licenses required to the facility.

Exceptions must be approved by Director of Rankin Events & Marketing.
Caterers must remain on premises during the event to serve, replenish, and clean up.

 

Event Hours

Facility available 7 days a week for your event. Hourly charges apply. Please see our rental rate sheet for details.

** Event Hours start with the first person’s arrival and extends to the last person’s departure time. This includes caterer, florist, or other event-affiliated persons. The hours do not include the time that the facility staff is preparing for the event.

Amplified sound must cease at midnight.
 

Support Staff

A Rankin staff member will be present from initial load-in thru load-out of client’s event. Staff members are available to protect facilities, answer questions, help coordinate and assess all other needs.
 

Beverages

Soft Drinks & Bottled Water can be provided at a cost of $1.00 each.
Please contact the Rankin office 24 hours in advance if needed.
 

Event Planning

A minimum of two consultations are required with a member of Rankin Events staff. Initial consultation will determine rental, labor, and supplemental equipment needs. Additional consultations will involve event planning, logistics, and additional needs.
 

Rankin Lobby

The lobby at 1004 Broadway can be used for guest books, gifts, etc., but food and drink are not permitted in the lobby.
