Rankin Tea Room I Equipment Rental Rates
 


Gardens and Atrium

Wedding Only

$200 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours
(Including: Setup, Rehearsal, Photos, Wedding and Cleanup)

Wedding Reception Only

$150 per hour for a minimum of 5 hours
(Including: Setup, Event and Cleanup)

Wedding and Reception

$150 per hour for a minimum of 8 hours
(Including: Rehearsal, Setup, Photos, Event and Cleanup)

Party (Monday-Friday)

$150 per hour - no minimum

Party (Saturday-Sunday)

$150 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours

 

 

$300 Security Deposit is due in order to hold the space. 50% of the estimated event total due 30 days prior to event (non-refundable), then the balance due 72 hours prior to event. Price includes preliminary appointments to coordinate the event and on-site manager for the event.

Monday-Friday: $25 per hour from 9 am until 6 pm; $50 per hour before 9 am or after 6 pm
Saturday-Sunday: $150 for 3 hours (minimum), $50 for each additional hour

*This space cannot be booked more than 4 weeks prior to the event on Saturday or Sunday

$75 flat fee if used in conjunction with an event in Rankin Gardens & Atrium

Soft Drinks / Bottled Water: $1.00 each   

Important Information About Your Event Booking: 

  • Deposit is non-refundable within 120 days of the event.
  • 50% of remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event and is non-refundable at that time.
  • Remaining Balance (including tables and chairs) is due 72 hours prior to the event.

All rates are daily rates. Hourly and half day rates are not available. Multi-day rates must be coordinated prior to the event by the Director of Rankin Events.

  • Table linens are to be provided by the caterer or one of the vendors listed below.

  • There is an additional $250.00 charge for events requiring facility to be open past midnight.

  • Rental Rates and hourly usage includes set up, rehearsal, photos, event, and clean up time. Tables, chairs, A/V, and other rental needs are available at additional cost.
